Valerio Olgiati, the renowned Swiss architect, has recently unveiled his design for Grand Park Skyline, a premium residential complex in Tirana, Albania. The complex introduces 530 residential apartments, 184 hotel rooms, two restaurants, a pool, a rooftop spa and gym, and over 800 underground parking spaces.
